Future Flight Challenge

Future Flight is a first of a kind, £125m industrial strategy challenge fund competition. Aiming to demonstrate a fully integrated aviation system in 2024, this three-phase challenge will revolutionise; logistics and supply chain management; health care and services; and operations in hazardous and remote locations to name a few.

On 10 November 2020 the UK Government announced the phase two winners receiving funding for their ground-breaking aviation projects. Looking forward to phase three of Future Flight, KTN is supporting a variety of activities to enable consortia building.

The development of the Future Flight capability database will identify key regional resources and organisations operating and providing services within the Future Flight space. Inclusion in the capability map provides several benefits and opportunities to you and your organisation. These are; inclusion in a map showcasing regional expertise; growing industrial and public awareness of organisational capabilities; and supporting signposting to your organisation’s capabilities during consortia or collaboration requests to KTN.
