Help To Grow – Take your business to the next level

Are you a senior leader of an SME looking to grow your business? If yes the University of Exeter’s Help to Grow Management Course could be for you.

Aimed at senior leaders in small and medium businesses, the course covers:

• Strategies for growth and innovation,
• Leading high-performance teams and digital adoption,
• Financial management
• Responsible business practices.

Delivered in collaboration with industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs, Help to Grow Management includes 12 weeks of in-depth training, 1:2:1 business mentoring to help you apply your learnings and the opportunity to grow your business, fast.

By the end of the course, you will be able to take away a tailor-made plan and have the confidence to grow your business.

This 12 week course is 90% funded by the government meaning the cost to you is just £750. The course is designed to be taken alongside full-time work and is a combination of online and face to face learning.

Over the 12 weeks you will receive:

• 8 x 2 hour online learning
• 4 x 4 hour face to face workshops
• 8 x 1 hour peer support sessions
• Up to 10 hours of 1:2:1 business mentoring
