Distance learning degree discount for maritime sector
Plymouth based distance learning provider, MLA College, has recently announced a tuition fee discount for employees of MUKSW members in a bid to promote lifelong learning and career advancement within the sector.
Anyone enrolling onto their September, January or May intakes will receive a 10% reduction on the tuition fees of their chosen degree programme. This initiative is part of the college’s commitment to supporting the industry and its workforce, by providing accessible and affordable Higher Education resources.
Recently named Digital Business of the Year 2023 by the Plymouth and Devon Chamber, MLA College has been delivering part-time undergraduate and postgraduate degrees since 2012.
Validated by the University of Plymouth, degree programmes are designed so that students can study in and around work and life commitments, without the need to attend live lectures.
With programmes such as BSc (Hons) Sustainable Maritime Operations, MBA Maritime Operations and a range of MSc Degrees which allow the student to complete within 12 months through an industry driven research project, the college provides comprehensive educational programs that cover various aspects of the industry and encourage career progression.
