Maritime UK had launched their campaign to recruit industry ambassadors to support careers activity in schools and colleges. This was a priority identified by the Department for Transport in the People Route Map.

We are recruiting maritime people to help us spread the word about maritime careers from all the different industries in the sector.

The first of 3 events will be held in the South West in October also to ensure that careers leads in schools are better informed about the excellent career opportunities in the sector. A careers video has been produced also to promote careers in the South West.
