Skills Bootcamp: Future Climate Leaders- 11th September – 18th December 2025
Skills Bootcamp: Future Climate Leaders is a 60-hour course for employed individuals living in Devon or Cornwall. It is an exciting training opportunity for a member of staff who is passionate about sustainability — and for organisations looking to upskill their workforce and drive sustainable business practices. Developed in consultation with businesses who identified a need for sustainability expertise, this course features inspiring guest speakers from industry committed to driving climate action. This course will be run through a blended approach (four in-person full days and ten online half days) where learners will explore hands-on environmental challenges, work through a science-based curriculum and develop a sustainable action plan for their business. The course is up to 90% funded (depending on company size) through Skills Bootcamps funding*.

B Changemakers – 8th and 22nd October 2025
Whether you’re beginning your B Corp journey or getting ready to recertify under the updated standards, B-Changemakers is a free, two-part workshop designed to support you. Delivered in collaboration with LEAP, it offers in-person expert guidance to help Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly businesses understand the latest B Corp process, key impact topics, and how to meet the new minimum requirements.
This training is part of the Future is Green project, which is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council is responsible for managing projects funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund through the Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Good Growth Programme.

Plugging In is a free, in-person training event for employees of Cornwall and Isles of Scilly businesses who want to develop or support community-led renewable energy projects in Cornwall. Run in collaboration with Net Zero Hub, the session offers insights, networking opportunities, and guidance on the growing support and funding available to help turn rooftop solar ambitions into reality.
